Delete your flypoints account
You can delete your flypoints account and all of your data from right here, in your browser. You do not need to install the app, and there is nothing to cancel first — flypoints has no paid subscription.
You can also delete your account inside the Android app: open the ⋯ menu at the top of the chat screen and choose Delete account.

Everything listed below is gone. Nothing further is required from you. You are welcome back any time — signing in again simply creates a new, empty account.
What gets deleted
Deletion is immediate: by the time the confirmation above appears, every item below has already been removed from our live systems. There is no waiting period, no grace period and no recovery window.
- Your account — email address, display name, profile picture URL, and the Google account identifier we sign you in with.
- Your entire chat history — every message you sent and every reply the concierge sent back.
- The conversation summary the concierge keeps to remember long conversations.
- Your saved flights and any flight search results still held for your session.
- Your usage counters (the daily message allowance) and any moderation counters held against your account.
- Your signed-in sessions — every device signed into your account is signed out immediately, including ones you no longer have.
What we keep, and why
- Encrypted database backups. Routine backups taken before your deletion still contain a copy until they expire, after 7 days. They are only ever used to recover the service from a failure, are never queried for an individual account, and are deleted on that schedule with no further action from you.
- Operational server logs. Our logs record which requests were served and any errors, identified by an internal numeric account id rather than by your name or email. They do not contain the text of your conversations. They are retained for 14 days for security, abuse prevention and debugging, then discarded.
Nothing else is retained. We keep no anonymised copy of your conversations and no residual profile. See the flypoints Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect while your account is active.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to the Google account you signed up with, or you created your account with Sign in with Apple on iOS, email info@flypoints.ca from the address on the account. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
